Marketing Score has been completely reimagined from the ground up. We’ve simplified and updated the questions and categories, overhauled the design and user experience, and reengineered the report to immediately provide far greater value.
The new Marketing Score has replaced the original version. As someone who has completed Marketing Score in the past, you may have some questions about past assessments and how to use the new version. We put together the following FAQ to answer some of the anticipated questions. If you have additional questions, please don’t hesitate to email Keith Moehring (keith@pr2020.com).
No. The new Marketing Score was rebuilt from the ground up, which meant that the data could not be transferred to the new version. For this reason, we are keeping the original Marketing Score operational through the end of 2019. You can access your old reports by going to beta.themarketingscore.com/signin.
To download a report, visit beta.themarketingscore.com/signin, and sign in using your user name and password.
Once in your account, navigate to the “Report” screen using the button on the far right. From this page, use the “Print” button directly below “Report” to create a printable version of your report. Choose to save as a PDF or send to your printer.
If you have access to a Company Portal, click “Dashboard” at the top of the screen. From here you’ll be able to access and export data into a .csv file from all associated users.
Yes. The Company Portal will continue to function through Dec. 31, 2019. If you log in to your account, and then click “Dashboard” at the top of the screen, you can view your company’s assessments, as well as your combined company report.
On December 31, we will take the original Marketing Score offline. All data and files will be saved and archived on our internal servers, but you won’t be able to access the data after this date.
We will send reminder emails leading up to December 31.
While both versions of the assessments have common questions and sections, the scores are going to be very different between the two versions. For this reason, it’s best to use the new Marketing Score to set a new benchmark for marketing performance, and then retake the assessment every 3 to 6 minutes to measure progress.
If you choose to, you can. The original assessment will continue to function as normal until December 31. That said, the new version of Marketing Score is an updated and enhanced version of the original. For that reason, we recommend trying the new version of Marketing Score.
